Scotty’s sandwich breads are baked fresh here on Kauai, made from organic wheat flour & Island Taro. Lunch can be served all day from 11am – 8:30pm. All Sandwiches comes with your choice of side; Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, French Fries or Mac Salad.
Scotty’s Pulled Pork Sandwich
We take pork shoulders, rub them with Scotty’s blend of spices, smoke ‘em for 15 hours and heap it onto a hoagie. Then top this off with one of Scotty’s take-to-the- grave secret BBQ sauces and you have the finest sandwich on the island! ~ $12.69
