Below is a look at our dinner menu. ”What do you recommend,” you may ask? Well, everything is great especially when using our fabulous array of sauces located at your table. We specialize in genuine (not liquid smoke induced), bonified smoked BBQ. Our Restaurant is committed to serving you the Best BBQ on the island and possibly the best BBQ you have ever had (according to many qualified critics). Scotty’s Dinner Entrees :: Smoked BBQ
Dinner Entrees can be ordered during lunch hours excluding only our baked potato. All Entrée’s come with French Fries, Baked Beans and (2) Cornbread Muffins. (Substitute Baked Potato* for fries for $1.25) Sub Taro & Wheat Garlic Bread for Cornbread for $.75. Add dinner Salad for $2.99
Scotty’s Ribs
Our gorgeous, succulent ribs (more meat than babybacks) rubbed with Scotty’s blend of spices and smoked for at least 5 hours. Choice of 3 BBQ sauces and let us know if you want us to bake’em on. ~ Half Rack – $22.49 ~ Full Rack – $29.99
Smoked Pork
Pork Shoulder generously rubbed with Scotty’s blend of spices in a wet rub and Smoked for over 15 hours then pulled. This is the one the Locals go crazy over! ~ $21.99
Smoked Brisket
Full serving of beef brisket smoked to perfection for 20 hours. Yeah, Scotty’s patient. ~ $21.99
Smoked Chicken
(2) Smoked chicken breasts, marinated in Chef Britt’s Teri-ginger sauce and smoked rotisserie style. You’ll never eat KFC again. ~ $21.99
BBQ Sampler for 1
Get all of our award winning Smoked BBQ on one platter. Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and marinated Smoked Chicken**. Rock your taste buds! ~ $23.99

Just like Mom used to ……order. Three Pieces of Island fish hand-dipped in our own beer batter and panko flour, deep fried to a golden brown. Served with French Fries only. ~ $16.99
