Scotty had a vision of starting the best BBQ restaurant in Kauai back in 2002. After a year of perfecting his sauce and making a mess of his kitchen he had the right ingredients to move to the islands and open Scotty’s Beachside BBQ. Today Scotty’s Beachside BBQ is the Best BBQ on Kauai many years in a row and offers one of the most stunning views in all of Kauai and arguably the best view on the Eastside of Kapaa.
