We have spent many long hours with our heads in the smoker working to perfect our unique style of barbeque....a little bit like Kansas City style, somewhat like Memphis, or perhaps even like Texas barbeque. We are a unique blend of the best barbeque that you will find anywhere.

Our meats are smoked for nearly 15 hours using a blend of Kiawe (mesquite) & Hickory woods to produce an authentic barbeque taste. Each type of wood has its own unique flavoring leaving a smoke ring to let you know you’ve got real smoked BBQ.

Scotty’s Beachside BBQ on the Royal Coconut Coast of Kauai features legendary Entrees such as  Mouth-Watering St. Louis Cut Ribs, Beef Brisket and a Rib & Chicken platter that will let you eat for a week.

Add to these Entrees our to-die-for sides of Baked Beans (our pride & Joy), Cole Slaw and our sweet home made Cornbread with a special Scotty’s ingredient. (that ingredient is locked in his lawyer’s office on Kauai!)
